But the barber was incredibly friendly and understanding. He made me feel comfortable right away and really listened to how I felt. He knew exactly what I wanted—even when I wasn’t sure how to explain it. The result was amazing. He gave me a fresh new look that I absolutely love while still keeping the style I cared about. I truly trusted him, and he proved he deserves that trust.
